Saffron Cowboy was started as a front yard coffee shop by Hannah Said. She wanted to give the DIY shop a name that blended her biracial identity – half Arab (Saffron) and half white (Cowboy). It has branched into community events with monthly pop-ups with other vendors (barbers, tattoo artists and bakers), dance parties, movie nights, intimate dinners, and block parties, and more.
